About me: Community Building and Common Ground

For the past 12 years, I have worked as a freelance trainer and business coach – with clients ranging from medium-sized companies to international corporations. I have learnt about many different methods, facilitated numerous programmes and seen what empowers people, what brings teams together and where potential for innovation lies.

Through the launch of Common Ground Lab, I am drawing on my experience to develop approaches that help people and organisations foster connection, clarity and collective effectiveness. My focus is on the question of how diversity can give rise to trust, collaboration and constructive co-operation.

Furthermore, my career path has been shaped by international experience and intercultural competence: stints in the USA, France, Canada and Spain, as well as my Master’s thesis on the Sar-Lor-Lux region as a model region for Europe, have sharpened my understanding of complex interrelationships. Today, I am particularly motivated by bringing people from different backgrounds together and developing sustainable solutions as a team.

Volunteering: As well as my involvement in the school’s parents’ council, for the past three years I have been organising the ‘Spurwechseltreffen’ – a monthly event for people going through periods of change – together with two colleagues. It is important to me to create spaces where professional and personal transitions are supported through inspiration, openness and genuine dialogue.
I currently live with my husband and our children in the south of Munich.
